I became a lawyer to serve.

At this firm, the practice of law is not about titles or accolades. It is about being useful when people need it most.

Before founding the firm, I served as a federal prosecutor and trial attorney. I have taken cases to trial—and won. I have been in the trenches on both sides of the courtroom, as a prosecutor and as a defense lawyer. The federal court system is not new to me. I came up in it. I understand how it works. And today, I use that experience to defend people against the heavy hand of the federal government.

My calling is to take what I learned inside and outside the government and put it to work for people facing real risk—whether that means standing beside a client who has just received a grand jury subpoena in an IRS investigation, responding to an unexpected target or witness letter in a DOJ probe, or defending someone charged or sued in federal court based on allegations that stretch the bounds of reason.

In every case, my purpose is the same: to serve. I have done so successfully on both sides of the courtroom, and I am proud to continue doing what I value most—protecting people, fighting for fairness, and making a difference when the stakes are highest.

Clients who come to me can expect honesty, clear and experienced guidance, and relentless advocacy. I do not sugarcoat outcomes or rely on cookie-cutter strategies. I take the time to understand the facts and apply my experience thoughtfully to protect my clients’ interests. And I measure my work not only by results in court, but by whether clients feel seen, heard, and protected throughout the federal process.
